Class Descriptions
Barre Intensity-Intended to give participants the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete. This hour long class will use interval training, using your own body weight as resistance, to reach complete muscle fatigue and followed by a lengthening exercise to elongate the muscle while continuing to burn calories. This series of strengthening exercises will combine the use of isometric exercises performed at a ballet bar, pilates, resistance bands, core balls, and light weights. You will see a lifted and toned back side, sexy legs, shapely arms, and a sculpted mid section.
Cardi-Yo-East meets West and doubles the intensity. Begin with high energy cardio exercise and end with power Vinyasa yoga. This combination of techniques will heat up your body internally & externally. Burn and Lengthen...what a beautiful concept!

Circuit Circus-Organized chaos at it's best! this class will get you out of your comfort zone and into your "skinny" jeans. You will work through numerous stations combining challenging cardio drills and resistance training, and end with an ab blast and well-deserved stretch.

Fusion-"The Red Bull of pilates" A quick paced body sculpting class that rapidly transitions through all the muscle groups in your entire body. Our original creation, this class upholds high standards! A vigorous sequence of exercises fusing pilates, yoga, and Calisthenics. Your own body weight along with light weights, bands, & balls will be used to sculpt every muscle in your body.
Fusion Lite- You gotta love us before you can hate us! Get to know our technique as we guide you through the basics of Fusion class and Barre Intensity. Take it easy or push your physical limits. Modified and advanced options will be given for every move.
Fusion Mix-Anything goes! If you like surprises, this class is for you! Cardio, Fusion, Barre Intensity, and a touch of Boot Camp are combined into this power hour. Fusion Mix will keep your muscles guessing and your heart rate up for a sweat wrenching, sculpting session!
Max Interval Training- Start your week with an amazing calorie burning and muscle toning class. This class will detoxify your body and help you sweat off the sins of the weekend! Max Interval Training will provide you with 60 minutes of heart pumping moves, switching between bouts of cardio drills and muscle group exhaustion drills. Slow down and stretch out with ten minutes of vinyasa yoga immediately following this class. Sweat...Tone... & Torch calories with this Monday Morning Makeover.
